About Us

What We Do

We have been in business for over 40 years. We are a full service General Contracting company serving the Western United States. Our primary focus is on commercial construction. We have a dedicated commercial drywall division specializing in heavy and light gauge steel framing, drywall and grid ceilings. We also provide ADA compliance upgrades/ alterations to help your facility meet compliance codes. Our team also specializes in commercial building and property maintenance.

We have a full service ornamental iron/fabrication shop specializing in manufacturing and installing security gates, handrailing and custom fabrication and ornamental work.

Our past projects include both new construction, commercial tenant finish and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
